    AMD driver update wrecked my computer


      Yesterday, an AMD-program told me that I needed to upgrade my AMD drivers. I clicked agree, the program did its thing, and after a while the computer restarted. Except the windows-logo never appeared, as the computer froze during start-up. Try again, same result. Again, same result.


      So, I try to uninstall the drivers by opening windows in safe mode, and uninstalling AMD Install Manager from the control panel. This proves to be impossible, as clicking Uninstall only generates an error message: "Detection driver error. Contact AMD for assistance".
