How to uninstall JUST THE Radeon Additional Settings

Question asked by stonebriar on Apr 1, 2016

I know for a fact that Radeon Additional Settings is causing ghosting on my cheap monitor. But I am having trouble figuring out how to just uninstall the Additional Settings part, the other AMD Radon Settings is fine.

The reason I know it is causing the ghosting problem is because when I first built my computer, I installed all the AMD drivers etc. which included Amd Catalyst. Catalyst incorrectly displayed my monitors Hz, when i uninstalled Catalyst the ghosting went away. But I still had the Crimson applications installed were i could change game profiles etc. When i saw there was an update I keep getting an error so I did a clean install for all the AMD drivers and now i do not see Catalyst anymore but AMD Radeon Additional Settings ( which looks familiar) to catalyst.
