Image Adjustment for Digital Flat-Panels missing?

So, I've been updating my drivers since the old one was more likely to crash during gameplay. That seems to be over now, but I ran into another problem. I used Image adjustment for my TV, because otherwise the picture is kind of zoomed in and for instance I can only see like the 10 uppermost pixels of the task bar. That seems to be missing in the Flat-Panel section now and my screen is keeping this "zoomed in" state now. However, my 2nd Monitor which uses VGA still has this adjustment setting. The other options for Digital Flat-Panels didn't help at all.

Is there any way I can fix this? It is really annoying.ss (2016-03-31 at 02.30.57).png
