Radeon 16.3.2 driver wants to fry my Sapphire R9 380X

I've been having this issue with all of the hotfixes since Radeon 15.12, and I was hoping that it would be fixed in the official release, but it wasn't. It seems that the Auto fan control does not work with my Sapphire R9 380X GPU. The fans seem to be permanently stuck at 20%, causing the card to shoot up as high as 90 degrees Celsius within minutes of playing Talos Principle or any other reasonable graphics-intensive game, and I have to manually turn the fans up to get the card to cool back down. I've installed every hotfix up until now, and keep having to revert to 15.12 because the fans work correctly in it. I'd like to stay up to date and take advantage of the power efficiency feature among other things, but I can't figure this out. Has anyone else had this issue, or do you know a good solution?
