When will there be Vsync off support for DirectX 12 games in fullscreen exclusive mode?

Hello,

I've recently switched from Nvidia to AMD Radeon R9 390.

What I notice is that there is no Vsync off support for DX12 games like Tomb Raider (Steam edition) or Hitman in the drivers. When I choose fullscreen exclusive mode and Vsync off, there is still stutter and lag due to Vsync still being enabled (with unlocked framerate like for games in borderless windowed mode).

This is different with Nvidia. With Nvidia, Vsync off and fullscreen exclusive mode means no input lag and no stutter. This means of course tearing, but I rather play with tearing than with lag and stutter.

So, when will Vsync off for fullscreen exclusive DirectX 12 games (I'm not talking about Microsoft store apps) actually work with the AMD drivers?

I paused playing Hitman, so it'd be nice if this doesn't take forever.

Thanks!
