basically - what i mean is - WHERE can i raise one aha - should have put WHERE appose to HOW aha
Depends on who you're making a formal complaint against and why.

FYI- AMD and Sapphire are two independent companies. Sapphire sells AMD based products.
If the complaint is in reference to an AMD product then you can also open a Support Ticket or e-mail AMD Corporate. The contact information for AMD Corporate is on the AMD website.
Yep.... fully aware they different companies. And tickets have been raised on both sites. The one on sapphires site has been open for 4 months + now with no response from them about a faulty product within its warranty. And this is just the tip of the iceberg.
I don't know how AMD allow such a company to represent them!
That is why I told you to post it here. They will take notice. I recently had a problem with Sapphire and they got it resolved.
AMD has NO control over how other companies support the products that they produced based on AMD components or designs.
FWIW, I dearly wanted to buy Sapphire mobos years ago but their customer support IME was nonexistent so I refused to buy their products which are often excellent products but occasionally they need customer/tech support.
Unfortunately Sapphire does not care because they have excellent sales. No matter what is said or done here will not change how Sapphire operates. They have operated this way for ~20 years that I know of. They tend to be the lowest cost products because they use the exact or very close OEM AMD designs so little engineering is required. Sapphire is basically a sales company who IME refuses to provide any customer support - period.
