No this board is AM3+ for those like me with a Phenom II X4 965 CPU who want a more modern motherboard etc.
Zen will be using a new socket for DDR4
I suspect this board is more or less for those who need a replacement motherboard. Given its AM3 and DDR3, it allows recovery of a CPU and RAM from a dead box.
The board supports PCI Express m.2 cards so its a clear winner for AM3 users
Athlon II, Phenom II and FX CPU are all supported, obviously the FX processor will be best for faster memory.

generally AMD should be fine with ddr3 memory even with the top 16gb stick capacity
unlike Intel, AMD has not gimmicked their hardware
