I reviewed your screenshots but i am unsure what you are referring to.
The blue line API.
Can you see the blue line in the first benchmark. That is the API under load - Async Shading.
The second Benchmark is the new API with the New Ashes of the singularity build - Beta 2
They turned off Async in the Beta 2 because their NVIDIA customers (Maxwell) Gpu's could not handle it, hence the second benchmark now.
What I am asking is do they have to legally turn off Async because Maxwell cards can not do it. The first build was great, and hence the consistant FPS> API > Draw calls.
Think of the blue line as a FPS> You can see the FPS on the second benchmark is out. So, when you play the game the frame rate is inconsistent.
This is the main feature of Async Shading to provide consistent FPS with consistent Draw Calls, hence the first benchmark.
So, I am wondering what favours they are doing AMD by shutting off Async in their newest build because right now, it looks better for NVIDIA.
Async Shaders has not been shut off for AMD, it's working as expected. The second screenshot shows an increase in FPS. I cannot comment on NVidia's Async Shader compatibility, you'd need to ask NVidia about that.

What I am asserting is they have cut out all the the shaders to increase performance on NVIDIA cards as they are going backwards with the DX12 benchmarks in its previous state. This is a main feature of AMD to do this heavy loading of shaders.
I mean, are you asserting the second benchmark is ideal compared to the first?
What I am looking at is the draw calls, and the ability to do that at a consistent frame rate.
The second benchmark, the FPS is all over the place. The results only show an average framerate, not a framerate throughout the benchmark. A better frame rate is not what I am examining here. I am examining the consistent FPS, Async Shading - draw calls.
In the second benchmark you can see how inconsistent the FPS is. That blue line goes up and down like a yo, yo.
So when you are playing the game you get lots of jumping, and stalling happening.
Where as the first benchmark shows a consistent FPS.

They are advertising
This image as what the result is, but yet as you can see in the second image and the results do not line up.
This is an AMD image, they should not be advertising your images for NVIDIA people to then come along and think it lines up with what they will get.
It is false advertising.

They are now currently not using a version of C++ that would even give you Async Shading. So, you might want to examing this.
Ask, what version of C++ are you using in Beta 2, did you turn off the anti-aliasing,
Read their forum threads.
You would need to ask Oxide what changes they have made in the patch, but i think they may have lowered the shading samples from 32M to 16M. The best place to raise your concern is on the Ashes of the singularity forum.

Why lower it? AMD can do it.
I guess if you sold 50,000 copies to a NVIDIA player
and only 10,000 to AMD players.

I just dont think AMD should support them, why take out all the shading samples to please the competitor. You might as well have no Async, no one will ever use it.. They will just cave to NVIDIA, and shut it all down so their cards can work.
It was gorgeous before, and I got a taste of how good Async was, but now it is just junk and my AMD card performs poorly.
I went and bought a card for this, and now I am better of going back to NVIDIA card. NVIDIA cards perform better in these circumstances.
I guess they have 2 options on start up.
But NVIDIA people do not understand why they need to run it in DX11

The best thing to do is pass your feedback onto the developers, as they are responsible for the patching of the game.

OMG AMD are so amazing Honestly. You guys just got to get over this hurdle and get that Async out there.
Nearly everyone does not know the difference between asyn shading and asyn compute.
NVIDIA seems to be pushing Async compute as an awesome feature. OMG, and people believe this is better than Async Shading.
