Yes, post the screenshot.
So,windows won't let you install it ?. You did use the manual download/install method ?.
What driver version ?.
Have you tried, right click, run as admin.
Win 7 sp1 installed(win account set to admin) ?.
Sounds like a windows problem, check your settings/permissions.
Try the steps mentioned above and respond if you are still having problems.
