Does M5950 support MST through displayport 1.2

Hi,

I have a HP 8560w with AMD FirePro M5950 (see full specs at bottom of post).

I would like to use the single displayport on my laptop to connect 2 2560*1440 screens using the MST feature:

http://www.displayport.org/cables/driving-multiple-displays-from-a-single-displayport-output/

either with a MST hub or with screen that have a MST hub built-in such as the Dell Ultrasharp U2715H

Now I struggle to get an official confirmation that my M5950 has the displayport 1.2 specification, although some documents state it is, for example: -

https://www.google.nl/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=3&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahUKEwj36anF74PLAhXMkSwKHe_0C84QFggvM…

and the HP 8560w support and maintenance guide does hint by saying: "DisplayPort (1.1a for models having NVIDIA graphics cards, 1.2 for modules having AMD graphics cards)"   -   source: http://h20628.www2.hp.com/km-ext/kmcsdirect/emr_na-c03424153-1.pdf

Has anybody tried this or is there anybody who can confirm for 100% that my graphics card fully supports the displayport 1.2 standard?

Thanks.
