Display Driver problem or something else

It seems my display driver (AMD (HD) Radeon 7470M and Intel (R) Graphics Family) on my HP laptop (Beats edition 3002) is causing windows explorers and other programmes (e.g. Kaspersky, MS One Drive and BBC iplayer downloads) to crash. Please could someone help me?

After my Windows 7 auto update last week, my AMD Radeon 7400M display driver ( failed to work. So, I tried to upgrade the display driver. The problem started to deepen as I tried different things to rectify the problem. I ended uninstalling Flash Driver, and the problem did not go away, so I reinstalled it. To cut the long story short, I went to HP website and reinstalled the original display driver (AMD (7470 and Intel (R) Graphics Family).

I would really appreciate if someone could help me find the solution.

Thank you.
