Radeon settings says that my hardware is disabled, no displays are connected to AMD products, and my additional settings are practically empty.  Anyone know what's going on?

Basically, all these problems give me no control over my video card (I have switchable graphics, but the radeon one is the better one, the other is Intel and its the only one that is usable) and thus makes most of my games unplayable .  It seems like my laptop is refusing to use the radeon card and I have no idea how to switch it/enable it.  Everything was fine before I upgraded to windows 10.
