Have you disabled/deleted unwanted store apps., background processes in win10. Fixes/tutorials :- http://tenforums.com
As for PSU, found some info on 2011(650W model),550W spread over 4 12v rails @ 18amps each(not sure on amp requirement for Nano).
Found a post where some one claimed to have found only 2 x 12v rails split to 4 outputs(no proof supplied).
Did you perform Clean Install AMD Graphics Drivers
You need to do a lot of testing(no background apps running), or upgrade psu to quality 80+ rated single 12v rail(550W minimum).
p.s. energon model I checked says 80 (but spec sheet shows no rating).
