Sapphire R9 290 causing BSOD

Windows 7, 64 bit

 

 

Since the new video card driver updates from last week my Windows woudn't boot in Normal mode unless I uninstall the video drivers first. I can only boot into Safe mode, tried updating the BIOS, clean boot, installing an older version of the drivers, but nothing helps. So far this card has been working perfectly for almost 2 years, but with the new drivers I just get a black screen after the Windows logo loads...
