I purchased a R9 Fury from Microcenter 3 weeks ago, and I still haven't received the Star Wars Battlefront game code now. I had multiple chats with their customer service representative and they promised to call back. It's been more than 2 weeks and still no calls or even a txt message.5 minutes ago I had another online chat with another guy from Microcenter and I was told to wait for another call ( that'd be the 4th time I get that answer ).
I started to think Microcenter won't honor the code no matter what.
Any help would be great, thank you.
Check T&C, if for instance they have something that states "subject to availability". Personally I would return the card and buy from someone else, they will loose out on business for poor business practices like communication. Your a customer after all.
Personally I have never had this issue, I don't know of Microcenter. But when I buy a GPU from one of my favourite shops they tend to be excellent.
