AMD Chipset Installations have been broken since Crimson. Even when specifically running the chipset installer, 'AMD Download Manager' just runs a video driver installation.

There's not really all that much to say. I am running Windows 10 with a 990FXA board and decided to update my chipset drivers, since I haven't actually done that since purchasing the board years ago.

The issue is really as is stated in the title, running the 50MB chipset installer opens AMD Download Manager which then promptly tries to install your video and audio drivers.

I'm not trying to install video drivers, I'm trying to update my SouthBridge, AHCI and SATA drivers, however this task proves to be impossible as the installer simply doesn't function. I have tested and running the 16.1 graphics driver installer yields the same result - both do exactly the same thing.
