16.1 bug with GPU scaling...?

I may be thinking about this backwards, but I've noticed that with the 16.1's when I turn on GPU scaling (Display properties) all my resolutions with refresh rates above 60Hz disappear from the Win10 registry accessible via Display Adapter Properties, including all custom resolutions created @ > 60Hz.  When I turn it off, the resolutions > 60Hz magically reappear, including those created by the custom resolutions utility.  Seems like the toggle is flipped, and that GPU scaling "on" would reveal the resolutions > than 60Hz.

Comments?  I'll probably send in a bug report on this, but wanted to put it here for comment first.  Thanks!
