Help HD7850 limited to 2 displays at once

I have a Sapphire HD7850 2gb with 2x DVI, 1 x HDMI + 1 x DP port. I'm trying to run extended desktop to 3 screens but it refuses to run 3 at one.

Samsung Syncmaster 24" screen (connected DVI)

Samsung Syncmaster 24" screen (connected DVI)

Samsung 40" TV screen (connected via DP to HDMI, also HDMI direct)

All three screen will appear from through the PC but it is always limited to two screen at once regardless of what ever I try.

In control panel under display settings it shows all three monitors, when I try to extend the third screen it appears "The display settings could not be saved. Please try a different combination of display settings"

      Windows 10 64bit

Crimson Radeon drivers 16.1 (also tried old catalyst drivers and same happened)

I was told this card could support up to three screens but I cannot get more than 2 working at once. What's worse is I bought another one of these graphics cards (XFX version) for my 3 screen digital pinball setup and looks like I won't get that to work if it only supports 2 screens.
