Hi Guys, I try not to post here unless I have exhausted solution options on my own . However here is the question :

Does the HD 7750 Support 120 Hz monitors ?

I have a known tested Viewsonic VX2268WM 120Hz ( NVIDIA 3D ready )  Monitor which supports a 16:10 ( 1680 x 1050 ) Resolution . Along with this monitor I have the DVI -D ( Dual link ) cable ., I have sanity tested ( checked & Tested ) this monitor with a high end NVIDIA GPU , which drives the monitor at 120 HZ at 1680 x 1050 after a few clicks within the Monitor properties window

When I use the same monitor and lead with the Other PC with the  AMD HD 7750 GPU , it seems almost unusable , with only one resolution showing (640 x 480) . Now I can force any other resolution within the monitor properties window , however 60 HZ is still the maximum refresh rate

I am feeling sceptical as to weather AMD does not support 16:10 resolution , or weather maybe viewsonic monitors need an NVIDIA GPU?

Conversely the HD 7750 can display to HDMI at 1080p to my SONY TV without forcing resolutions

I have updated to the latest Radeon Catalyst and video drivers

I am running Windows 10 Pro X64
