windows 10 doesn't recover after sleep - weird screen

Hi, I've recently bought a Lenovo Thinkpad e560 including an AMD R7 m350 graphics card, installed windows 10 from an official image, and now the computer doesn't recover from the sleep, it's displaying a really weird screen.

I've installed the latest official drivers compatible with windows 10 64-bit and when disabling the AMD drivers from the Device Manager, everything works perfectly.

I've disabled both hibernation and ULPS , and tried to update the driver through the Device manager, but the problem still occurred(each step I did separately and combined).

I'm attaching pictures of how it looks, and a video demonstrating that the computer is in fact not frozen, but only the display is not functioning, I was not sure which additional information might be useful, but I'll upload anything you'll ask.

I'm obviously really frustrated and hoping someone could help me to figure this out and have a fully functional computer.

Thanks in advance and excuse me for my poor English.
