HDMI not working on Windows 10, Should I install Radeon Crimson?

Ok so I just moved from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and everything was working fine until I tried to connect my laptop to my TV via HDMI, it won't work. I checked the cable and wasn't the problem.

Something that I noticed is that now my Catalyst won't show any video settings, only energy solutions.I tried a couple of AMD solutions but it actually didn't work and the software that in theory would show me what drivers have to be downloaded won't work.

I saw recently that I actually have two GPUs on my system:

  • AMD Radeon HD 7400M Series
  • ATI Mobility Radeon HD4200

So Installing the new Radeon Crimson software would fix my trouble? And please someone tell why I have two GPUs

Specs of my laptop:

- HP Pavilion G4

- AMD Athlon II P360 Dual Core

-Windows 10 Home

Thank you guys in advance!
