AMD Graphics Cards

Right-click on your desktop and select AMD Catalyst Control Center.

Navigate to Power, then PowerPlay.

Set Plugged In and Battery to Maximum Performance and click Apply.

From the Power drop-down menu, select Switchable Graphics.

Select Fallout4.exe from the list, or click Browse and navigate to the appropriate directory where Fallout 4 is installed. This will most likely be C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Fallout4.

Select High Performance to pick the specific card and confirm.

Found the above fix for getting fallout to stop crashing, seems AMD changed the layout of Catalyst Control Center. How do I do this fix with the most updated version?
