AMD Driver Crashes Only When Gaming

First thank you to anyone who might be able to help me pinpoint this issue as it's plagued me since I went to Windows 10 fr

My issue is when I am playing any game, my AMD drivers crash and the screens go nuts. The system requires a reboot to fix the issue, it never bounces back on it's own. Games range from Dying Light, Fallout 4, Skyrim, GTA V, Kerbal Space Program. Really anything seems to set it off. I was hoping someone here might be able to help me pinpoint it better than I can on my own.

My setup includes an AMD 8350 Vishera (not OCed) 16 GB of RAM (not OCed), 1 SSD, 2 HDD, and a ASUS Radeon 270X 2GB (not OCed)

Of the steps I've taken

  1. Reinstalled Windows 10 and AMD drivers completely.
  2. Gone back to Windows 7 and to pre-Crimson drivers.

Neither of which seem to have fixed the issue, I'm hoping someone else more knowledgeable might have an idea.
