AMD Radeon 8500/8700M HD Disabled?

Question asked by purijux on Jan 17, 2016

Hello! I thought I had been using my graphic card the past year but until recently I've felt like it has not really been working at all and I come across the image above once I installed the new Crimson drivers.

I'm unsure why it says it is disabled, in the device manager it says the device is working properly.

My computer is a HP Elitebook 850 G1, 16GB RAM, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4600 CPU running Windows 10 Pro.

My real question is, how can I make sure my computer is using my graphic card?
