Hello, I just bought a brand new Sapphire R9 390 and have had it a little over two weeks. I haven't really been able to play very many games with it due to the fact that it has a visible audio/video stutter every few seconds for about half a second or so. I've tried troubleshooting it by adjusting some settings in different games here and there, disabling V-Sync etc. and that doesn't seem to be solving the problem.
OS: Windows 10 64-bit
CPU: AMD FX-8150 8 core 3.9Ghz
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X series 16GB
HD: 128GB Samsung 840 EVO SSD & Seagate ST3000DM001 3TB HDD
Vidcard: Sapphire Nitro Radeon R9 390
PSU: Thermaltake Black Widow 850W 80 Plus Bronze
Again, it seems to be a noticeable audio/video stutter that lasts for about half a second. I'm not sure if what I'm needing is a stronger PSU or what might be the issue. I've seen multiple posts online about the R9 390 being able to work without any problems on 600-750W PSU, anyone know what might be the issue?
Thanks in advance!
