Support for 1440x900 on New MacBook under Bootcamp

Hi,

I'm running Windows 10 on a new 15" MacBook Pro. The native resolution of the display is 2880x1800, which is too high to be usable with Windows. I would really like to run at 1440x900, which would be the same as my previous system. As this is exactly half the native resolution I would expect it to be an easy resolution to support at high quality, but CCC doesn't list it. The nearest I can get is 1680x1050, which works OK but renders many screen items smaller than before, which is not ideal.

The system has a Radeon R9 M370X adapter. The native Windows driver download doesn't work, but I have loaded up the latest "bootcamp compatible" drivers which are version 15.201.1301.0.

I'm aware that the native Windows drivers support the concept of "custom resolutions" which sound like they would be a good solution to my problem, but unless I'm missing something I can't set this up with the bootcamp drivers.

Does anyone know how to set 1440x900 resolution in this situation?

Thanks

Andrew
