    R9 390  - 4 Screen Support

    justanton

      Hello All,

i have just purchased R9 390 to run 4 screens -  were told this will work out of the box but it doesent.

      Card has :

      1 no. HDMI

      2 no. DVI

      1 no. Display Port

Plugged this into my 4 screens using display port to HDMI converter and the rest of on board connectors. Total : 2hdmi and 2dvi.

      System is win 7 64bit.

i am able to do 3 screens in windows display settings and easy manipulation with eyefinity (3 screens only)

If someone dealt with this before - please help me out.

target is to run 4no. 1080p screens from 1 card.

The R9 390 can only support a maximum of two legacy display connections, so the third and beyond monitor must either use a native displayport connection or an active adapter. Certified adapters can be found here.

Please take a moment to watch this video as it explains how to connect three or more displays using an AMD Radeon graphics card.
