while it started after the laptop froze ,its clearly corrupted files
But I tried every driver from here and none of them not helps:
13-9-legacy_vista_win7_32_dd_ccc_whql (the most updated for my model)
What can I do in order to make the DXVA2 work again?
And this is a picture from the DXVA Checker program:
Is there any other solution for that?
This graphic card is built-in the motherboard so it's little problematic and expensive to replace it.
I would open a command prompt as administrator and type in sfc /scannow and let it check/repair system files. Then go to Intel support and use their driver update tool to get the latest Intel updates. Then remove (Express uninstall all AMD software) the AMD graphics drivers using the computer control panel > uninstall a program. Reboot and install the AMD drivers again.
Also, I can't open any of your pictures.
1. The " sfc /scannow " scanning didn't find any errors.
2. I check with Intel Support and it seems that I don't need any driver also I ran Bios Diagnostic and everything pass.
3. I removed all AMD software. The driver version down to 184.108.40.206, then I install again the drivers after reboot with 13-9-legacy_vista_win7_32_dd_ccc_whql (Which is the latest), after that the driver version up to 8.970.100.1100,
(I didn't install the HydraVision)
But I still has this green screen while the audio is OK when the Hardware Accelaration is on.
What else can I do now?

Is there any new idea about it? :/
I have additional info which maybe can be helpful with this problem.
I noticed that on windows startup there is a process which called "kdbsync.exe":
Cmd.exe /c start "AMD Accelerated Video Transcoding device initialization" /min "C:\Program Files\AMD AVT\bin\kdbsync.exe" aml
It's running this process on the file: C:\ProgramData\AMD\KDB\aml_ATI RV710.kdb
Basically, there is a "cmd" popup window which running this process and then closing itself.
When I tried to run it by myself, I noticed that it returns "ERROR: clbuildProgram() => -11 "
Is it can be the problem? How can I solve this error?
