HDMI audio bug in firmware 15.7.1 for HD Video Card

There is a bug in firmware 15.7.1 for my AMD Radeon HD 6900 series, and my AMD Radeon HD 5700 series graphics card. This is the latest stable firmware available for my video cards. I have no audio at all using the video cards HDMI outlet to my Samsung 39" 1080p television. I have my computer configured to use HDMI audio for the sound outlet. I reformatted my computer, and installed the firmware again. I still have no audio to my Samsung TV. Is there a way to report this bug without the serial numbers to my graphics cards? The only bug submission form I found required the serial numbers for my graphics cards. I don't have the box to my graphics cards any longer. I don't want to have to take my computer apart to get the serial numbers to submit a bug report. There must be an easier way. Is there another way to submit a bug report? I'm using Windows 7X64 Ultimate. The firmware that has the HDMI audio bug can be found here. Legacy
