UPS returns to sender c/o ModusLink

After carefully typing in the exact address as provided in the RMA, I have been notified by UPS that they can't deliver and will return to sender.

Can AMD please clear up this mess?

This is the instruction in the rma email I got :

AMD cannot guarantee proper delivery of your package for RMA if it is

          not addressed as follows:

          Return Center Address

          Advanced Micro Devices (AMD)

          c/o ModusLink

          RMA# 2000220166

          10990 NW 92nd Terrace

          Miami, FL 33178

FYI - You can call UPS toll-free from most any where to determine what the delivery issue is. All you need is the tracking number for help. The explanations listed on the non-delivery notices are not always accurate. As an example the business may have been closed for the holidays, so UPS is returning the package even though the address is correct. BTW, if the address is not correct, you may be able to call UPS and get the package delivered to the correct address if you hurry. Otherwise it's two shipping charges to return the RMA.
