FYI - You can call UPS toll-free from most any where to determine what the delivery issue is. All you need is the tracking number for help. The explanations listed on the non-delivery notices are not always accurate. As an example the business may have been closed for the holidays, so UPS is returning the package even though the address is correct. BTW, if the address is not correct, you may be able to call UPS and get the package delivered to the correct address if you hurry. Otherwise it's two shipping charges to return the RMA.
