AMD OverDrive no longer works (win10)

Hi, I just rebooted after installing both windows 10 32bit's newest patches and of course the newest crimson driver from AMD which of course also demanded a reboot.

Now when I try to start AMD OverDrive to overclock my Phenom II, it just says that AMD Overdrive cannot detect AMD CPU on this computer.  Or the current process doesnot support OverDrive.

And then the program closes.

Windows system does show the correct cpu btw.

My cpu is locked so I need bus overclocking to work or else I'm stuck at stock speed.
