Could be a faulty graphics card. Try putting it in another computer to see if it works correctly.
Steps you can try to troubleshoot:
- Ensure both PCI-E plugs are fitted securely. If they are already, try using some different ones.
- Ensure your motherboard bios is up to date.
- Try placing the GPU in a different PCI-E slot.
- Try using a different display connection.

One question though, how would I check to see if my BIOS is up to date?
I've been suspecting this was the case.
Check with the manufacturer and they should be able to provide you with the latest bios and a guide to update it.
I can't seem to find an update higher than A06, which is what I'm currently running.
