I have the asus crosshair v formula z M-B and need help trying to get things up to par.
I am stuck on wether I can crossfire a geforce gtx 960 with a geforce gtx 970 ?
Thanks R L B
no sir , the best you can do is use the 960 for phsyx and use the 970 for gaming , and in the future you would be better off asking for NVidia gpus on their forums and not amd , also when running two gpus together in NVidia they call it sli
crossfire, lsi , bridging , Just wanted to find out weather to put the cable on or not , The 970 alone will run 4 monitors , I just wanted to reduce the load by using both cards since I already have them, This is my first major build in almost 8 years and a lot has changed , I realty like the formula z motherboard from asus .
The only part I don't like is it will not turn the processor fan down to a fairly silent level , it runs full board all the time.
Anyway thanx for the info
