Hi to all,
I am playing with Athlon 5350 + AM1 board combo for some time and I like it a lot. I've also read "BIOS and Kernel Developer’s Guide (BKDG) for AMD Family 16h Models 00h-0Fh Processors" ( document 48751). I think I will soon have Coreboot port for Asus AM1M-A and AM1I-A boards.
We would like to do a custom made small open-sourced HW cheap machine, appropriate for various roles ( small PC, small server etc), but existing AM1 boards sort of follow same pattern and there is no really good option for our application.
Since those Kabinis are SoC and essentially all is on the chip, it doesn't seem like doing something like Kabini flavoured Raspberry PI wouldn't be unachievable.
So, I wonder:
1a. If additional info on those thingies is available, like USer Manuals, Datasheets etc for Athlon 5350/5150/3850 and Sempron 2650
1b. Who do I contact for this ?
2. Are xBGA version of those chips available and where ?
