Need advice please.
I have had the Sapphire R9 380 4gb Nitro card since August. All of a sudden for the past week i have not been able to play any games as after approx 5 mins the game crashes.
I have used MSI Afterburner to monitor the CPU and GPU (incl. temps etc.)
Whilst monitoring games like Witcher 3, GTA V, Just Cause 3, i have noticed that the temperatures keep rising and rising until they reached and go pass the 90 degrees Celsius mark and continue to rise before i close down the game.
Tempreture on idle with no usage is at 35 degrees celcius.
The conclusion i have come to is that the fans do not spin at all on the GPU.
What i want to know is has something gone wrong with the card hardware wise or is it a potential software issue.
I have also rolled back to Catalyst Software, used the new Crimsion software, used the older drivers and the newer drivers including the latest on offer from AMD, but still no change at all in the issue. I have used both Sapphire TRIXX, MSI Afterburner, installed them, uninstalled them, tried everything possible after reading up on other topics/forums, but still no change.
Your advice would be greatly appreciated.
