Catalyst Control Center won't install

I recently got a new laptop (HP Pavillion 15-p142na) that was running on windows 8. I upgraded the laptop to Windows 10 and got a notification message stating that Catalyst Control Center had been removed during the update because it no longer works with this version of windows, or something along those lines.

I attempted to install CCC from the AMD website but the installer claimed that CCC was already installed and up to date. I double checked several times and there was no sign of CCC on the laptop at all, so I followed a guide online to uninstall and reinstall all the AMD drivers and try again. This time, there was no option to install CCC in the installer, but Radeon settings was an option instead. However, Radeon settings fails to install every time I have attempted it.

I've had a good search around the internet for a few days now and I can't find an answer to this.

How can I install CCC on this laptop?
