I've not had any trouble myself running the latest version of Battle Brothers (v0.5.0.5) on my R9 285.
That's using Crimson 15.12 under both Windows 8.1 Enterprise & Windows 10 Pro.
Is it possible that your dual graphics setup is affecting things?
Is it using the Intel card instead? Some people have had trouble with OpenGL:
I'd look for an option to choose the default graphics device in Crimson / Catalyst settings:
With Crimson you'll probably have to click Preferences -> Radeon Additional Settings to see some of the old options that were found in CCC.
The Intel graphic controls might have such an option too!
