Hi, I have a godavari A10 7870
Two 4GB Ripjaw G-Skill sticks of memory. 8gb total (2400mhz)
My motherboard is an Asus A88XM-E
I have a cooler master hyper T4 after market cooler
My PSU is a EVGA 430w (80 plus if that matters)
Ok so my question is.....
I bought an AMD Radeon sapphire HD 7770 1GB ddr5 GPU to run dual graphics with my APU. Or crossfire if there is a difference.
I watched videos and thought i figured it out but i guess i did something wrong. When i open amd crimson it said the APU Radeon R7 graphics are disabled but the HD 7770 is now the primary GPU running.
There is no place to turn on crossfire mode anywhere. I already tried to go to Radeon additional settings and bring up the old CCC menu but there is still nothing there.
If anyone can please give me any info how to do this step by step i would really appreciate it.
In order for Dual Graphics option to become available in CCC/Additional Settings you need to enable Surround View in the motherboard BIOS. That being said, the recommended pairing for the A10 7870 is the Radeon R7 250 so I'm not 100% if the HD 7770 will work in Dual Graphics mode. I will verify this and get back to you.
