I recently downloaded an AMD Crimson driver, which has disabled my display calibration software. I use Photoshop extensively require monitor calibration for which I use NEC SpectraView II software. When I try to load the software it does not recognize my monitor. The software worked fine prior to this update. It is essential that I have this capability. I have an AMD Radeon R9 200 series graphics card. My OS is Windows 10. Please help!
The display driver should not disable the calibration software. Does the Device Manager correctly show the make and model of your monitor and have you tried reinstalling the calibration software?
