Not for support no. If your enquiry is of an AMD nature (crossfire not working, display problems, design and purpose problems) you will need to open up a support ticket with the usual 2 days back and forth depending on how busy things are. If your enquiry is related to the manufacture of your card (fans not working, card broken, major whine) then you will need to contact them.
No call centre, or paid call centre like Microsoft.
