Should Radeon Settings and Catalyst Control Center be running at the same time in system tray?

I did the Windows 10 upgrade recently, and I am noticing that I have two AMD icons in my system tray.  One that I used to see, the Catalyst Control Center (red and greyish white), and one new one that is all red, Radeon Settings

Should those both be running at the same time?  Or should Crimson be all that is running?  I am just not sure if this is expected for newer AMD software versions, or if I need to fix something that occurred during the OS upgrade.

I notice the Radeon Settings has certain options that will jump me into Catalyst Control Center, so maybe they should both be running?
