R9 200 Series Black Screens

Hi Everyone,

I have a CyberPower PC. It has the Radeon R9 200 series with 4GB RAM. Whenever I am playing a game, my screen goes black and stops receiving signal from the card. I do not have an on-board graphics to fall back on. I have literally tried Windows 7 to Windows 10 and all versions in-between to  see if there is an OS issue. Upon reading some forums I have found that under-clocking the GPU will help. I installed Afterburner to accomplish this as it has helped if I under-clock by 300 MHz. This was fine with the older games, but as I would like to play newer games this will not work. I also created a custom fan control to force the cooling fans to kick up higher at a lower temp to keep the card cooler. This has been working decent until recently. I am just at a loss what to do. I updated and downgraded to and from various drivers to see if that would help, it did not.   Any help would be appreciated.
