New drivers cause overscan on second monitor

Question asked by on Dec 8, 2015

So I just updated my drivers to 15.11, and now my secondary monitor has extreme overscan problems (nearly 1" on all four sides is cut off). The so-called automatic scaling in the AMD Settings app is set to full panel like AMD support says it should be, but the issue is still present. This only started happening with the driver update, and the monitor has no overscan issues when used with other computers or other inputs (such as a game console). I'm on Windows 7 and using an HD7950. I've already reinstalled drivers, checked and changed resolutions, changed the stretch and fill options on the monitor itself, and nothing has solved this issue.
