Star Trek Online GameClient.exe crashes on atidxx32.dll

Since installing the 15.11,  Star Trek online is crashing with this event, all events are the same addresses, etc.

I have removed drivers via uninstall then driver fusion, reinstalled beta, same crash

I have ripped game and searched and removed all refrences to AMD drivers, rebooted, reinstalled fresh drivers download

Same crash

Finally, yesterday I Fdisked the os drive and reinstalled all basic drivers and updates, reinstalled 15.11 drivers and game, same crash.

The only time I can get into the game is in safe mode, if I touch the Anti-aliasing of Anisotropic filtering settings the game locks tight.  I am going to roll the

drivers back to a pre 15 version and see if  it still happens.  Any suggestions would be helpful, I am a full 4th lvl support tech owner and I have yet to find what is going on here.
