has a problem with the video on facebook. the colors are distorted at the beginning and after a little corrected. This happens with all drivers.my card is asus strix R7 370 4gb
could be internet , could be facebooks horrible compression , are you having any issues watching say a dvd or steaming from a site like youtube / netflix ect
no.the youtube and dvd its fine.
What OS? When was the last time you reformatted/reinstalled the OS?
Does it happen with all browsers and which have you tried? Have you reset any of the browsers to defaults?
i am running windows 10.and its recently formatted.i don t if microsoft edze has the same problem.i ll see
So you're saying it only occurs with Microsoft Edge? Give Firefox a try and let us know if it exhibits the same problem.
it happens to all browsers.its amd problem.the card is new.the pc is new.i dont understund whats going wrong
Odd. My 270X (same silicon as the your 370 if I recall correctly) in Win 10 doesn't exhibit that issue. Can we have your system specs? It is possible something else might be coming into play.
Did you install any other software like video codecs that might come into play here? If yes, try removing them and see if the problem persists.
Do you have the latest chipset drivers installed as well?
All the latest Windows updates applied?
What antivirus are you using?
Are you connected via cable or wifi? Are the network drivers current?
if you only have this issue with facebook videos then it is infact an issue with facebook , if you had issue with dvd or streaming service then we could say driver issue with x .
I'm having the same issue, when i surf Facebook, probably the first few videos will play properly and as i scroll down for some time, those videos are strangely will have 1-3seconds video distortion at the beginning and it corrects back after that.
On local drive when i play a video it does the same for Windows Media Player, but for the others like VLC player and Quicktime it plays perfectly without any issue
YouTube and DVD videos are also working fine.
I tried formatting my computer and run a test again on Facebook and Windows Media Player, it worked fine, just the moment i install the drivers for AMD W8100 workstation graphics card this issue comes back.
I'm running windows 7 64-bit Ultimate and more other system specs are below with some reference images of the distortion.
Thank you for reading. Hope to get some suggestions to resolve this issue.
i have exctly the same issue-problem.unacceptable!!even the intel hd works fine!
