Forced to restart graphic card by disabling and then enabling it in Device Manager

Have a weird problem. When playing video games, fps is quite low. Tried to override graphic card --> error appears that there was a problem but driver was successfully restarted, after that I was switching off the override and boost of fps was guaranteed. Now I am only able to boost fps if I am going to Device Manager and restarting display adapter by disabling-enabling it, then graphic card is working properly and no issues with fps appears. What could be a problem?

I've got AMD Radeon HD 6670 with latest drivers up to date.
