Memory Clock changes it's lower bound value once I apply OC changes in Crimson Control Panel

I just noticed when if I overclock my Memory Clock it will set that overclock to the lowest value and not let me drop below that without resetting everything. For example.


Once I reset I get


But even then it immediately reverts to the way it was originally and leaves all values between 1425 and 1575 unselectable. Even killing the process and restarting it won't give me access to those options.


The card is a 7970 if it matters at all.
