I had this issue on the previous CCC driver 15.7.1. I can't remember how I fixed it though, but there's no reason I shouldn't be able to select a 4096x2160 or 3840x2160 resolution. Now I know there's an issue with the frame rate limitations of which options you choose (30 vs 60hz).
But like I stated, I was able to get the correct resolution in the previous software build. I am having an issue with the GPU scaling option to stick which may have something to do with it.
Oddly enough, my TV is being seen as a generic PNP monitor in the Windows Settings, even though Radeon Settings correctly detected that the TV is capable of 4096x2160 at 60Hz.
Even if I select 30Hz in the windows settings it doesn't change any of the available resolution options.
If anyone has any ideas, it'd be greatly appreciated. I'm currently stuck at a max resolution of 1920x1080.
