i've got a problem (and i read it from many others in the Internet),
that since the official Windows 10 Drivers, i can't get GPU-Scaling to work.
Before i upgraded to Windows 10, i was using GPU-Scaling for example in Counterstrike GO, so i could play on 1440x1080 on my 1920x1080 (native) Monitor without any black bars.
With every Windows 10 Driver, this is now impossible, i always get black bars whether i set "stretching" up or not.
Funny thing is, the Driver 15.6 Beta for Windows 8.1 x64 is the last working driver (also under Windows 10),
but as you can see, its outdated since a long time ago.
I don't know if this is a known problem, but over all Windows 10 drivers it wasn't fixed,
so i hope somebody here has a solution or AMD notice this as a Problem and can fix it in future updates.
OS: Windows 10 x64
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7950
Monitor: BenQ XL2420T
latest working driver: 15.6 beta (for Windows 8.1 x64)
