So whenever I do benchmarks, GPU-Z or other things. It keeps displaying my card ( which is supposed to be a 390x) as a 390/390 series. IS this normal? or do I actually have a 390
It's normal. The 390 series includes both the 390 and the 390X. In GPU-Z how many shaders does it say you have? If it says 2816, then you have a 390X.

However, when i compare to other GPU-Z 390x, my pixel filtrate and texture filtrate are much much slower. Same with the base clock speed.
Use the "Look up" function in gpu-z.
